Amazing service by the staff. Amit sir specially was sweet natured and very co-operative. Rooms were so well maintained. The staff were well mannered and helpful. Very very happy with the hotel and staff. Thank you for making our trip delightful

Amazing service by the team. The rooms were wonderfully maintained. The location was posh as well situated in the main part of Amritsar. All in all so happy with my experience. Well done to the hotel staff 👍

Hotel was excellence, room was neat & clean, service and their staff behaviour was very good and polite. Only two things required improvement 1. Food was very costly, I have not taken food in hotel as I had dinner outside with my team but I seen their menu card. Need to do some work on this. 2. WiFi was not very smooth, automatically becoming out of service. But overall stay was good I rate 4 star out of 5. Next time again will stay there... Hope they will improve mentioned two points. I Highly recommend to stay there.

Although this hotel has a helpful staff, it absolutely needs to review its service. It is also in great need of a renovation. Everything from the AC to the tap seems to fall into pieces. Cupboard doors were broken. We stayed for 1 night and despite multiple complaints to the reception, we never got hot water.

The property is very well maintained. Great facilities at a very economical cost. It is centrally located at the Mall Road. The Hotel Staff is very curtious and welcoming. |Adding on to this, the food in Hotel is also really delicious. I'm saying this for the simple reason that in a city like Amritsar which is famous for street food like Puri and Kulche, we really enjoyed the food served in the Hotel.|Going to stay here again in the next visit.

Hotel management is in very poor condition. They are not bothered for customer service. After booking from goibibo for 2 rooms hotel denied for check in bcoz if low fair from goibibo andasking to pay ectra 1000 for every room, even ecery custoner is facing this issue and they charged extra money from every custimer... Very much poor servuce. If they not provide room in that fair which they publish in aites they why they tie up with online sites. Rude staff and rude management. Over all experience is zero but there is no option to giving zero to hotel. Not recommended to anyone

This is a budget hotel with decent facilities. The best part is the location of this hotel due to which all major tourist places are in close vicinity. The cleanliness is something that they should emphasize on. Plus the breakfast menu should be better with good food quality. The food quality is ok ok ..
