NillThe stay was quite good and comfortable. We had our sister’s wedding pre functions in the same hotel and the service was good. Staff is also very friendly. I would definitely suggest to everyone.

NillGiving them a one star because of the experience solely based on the infamous rude manager, As said by a lot of other people too in the reviews. Mr. Kulwinder doesnt know how to talk or deal with customers, is extremely unprofessional, rude, arrogant. We booked Keyonn for a small party. Some pros and cons before you decide to book the space. PROS - tasty snacks and main course (except for non Indian cuisine though) - newly renovated basement area -Valet parking CONS - Utterly rude manager. (If you will contact him regarding an issue just a day after the function, he will list down many other things that have nothing to do with issue implying he has done you a favor by letting you use the hall for your function, even though you are paying for a service. And will say stuff like "ab yaad aa raha do din baad uth ke ki yeh kyu hua wo kyu hua" The food, decor, dj etc etc everything is available but Mr. Kulwinder will tell you that you didn't coordinate well with his staff if anything goes wrong, even though that is his job and if when he has been informed of everything from the beginning. 🥴🥴🥴 Obviously there is a lack of training from the management's end. Don't know why would they let this person deal with the customers. - Third class decorator. They are probably relatives of the management. Classic example of what you see online vs what cheap chinese product gets delivered. She will send you pictures of decorations taken from the internet to choose from, will try to add on unnecessary things at additional cost, will tell that this particular decoration that you have selected costs more. Note that you cannot hire a decorator from outside, and the premises will fix a decoration charge with you before letting you talk to the decorator. I have added the photos of what was shown and wahaf was delivered. - we asked the infamous manager about the chinese cuisine, they have mentioned stuff like exotic veggies in this and that. He replied by naming the exotic veggies such as mushroom, broccoli, spring onions, bakchoy at the time, but delivered us veggies like cauliflower, carrot, beans etc. When I questioned about the same, he replied saying exotic veggies hi toh hai, Google karoge toh hazaar alag alag matlab aa jayenge. 🥴 Either he is notoriously lazy about his job or is completely ignorant. Either way, I don't way why is he allowed to deal with the customers at all. - spoke to someone in the management, who apologised for the manager's behaviour. Told us he will get back to us and give us some refund to make up for it. Never called back :)

He constantly harassed guests, including me, for sharing plates. His tone was disrespectful and offensive, and it completely ruined the festive atmosphere. I vow to never step foot in Kumar International again. Their treatment of customers is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise anyone considering holding a function there to reconsider. The stress and embarrassment caused by the manager's behavior far outweigh any potential benefits of choosing this venue.

NillKumar International: A Nightmarish Engagement Experience I recently hosted my engagement ceremony at Kumar International, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. The staff's behavior was nothing short of atrocious. They constantly pestered me with petty requests and demands, creating an incredibly stressful atmosphere. The most outrageous incident occurred when they demanded extra money on the pretext of more people eating from the same plate. We had only used 63 plates, yet they charged us for 90. This was a blatant attempt to extort more money from us. The humiliation and embarrassment I felt in front of my guests were unbearable. The lack of hospitality and professionalism from Kumar International's staff was shocking. I would strongly advise anyone considering this venue to think twice. Their behavior was disgraceful, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

NillI recently visited Kumar International with the intention of having a meal. However, I was utterly appalled by the behavior of the manager who was dealing with guests at a function. His language was extremely abusive and disrespectful, and it was evident that he had no regard for the customers. Witnessing such behavior was incredibly disturbing, and it completely ruined my appetite. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at Kumar International to think twice. Their treatment of customers is unacceptable, and it is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

NillThe room is not extraordinary and the buffet is not good at all worth the price of the room. They don't serve the omelette on even asking which is a basic thing in breakfast.
