Hotel Palace

Despite the Hotel Palace staff's exceptional friendliness, regrettably, the positive aspects end there in my review. Although the hotel is conveniently located near the railway station (opposite the entrance), it resides in a dirty and noisy part of Amritsar. The rooms did not meet the cleanliness standards I typically expect, and despite paying for breakfast, it was served in our room. Contrary to a 5-star review I found, our family room was dirty, cold, and damp. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it in its current state and will not consider returning. After just one night, we opted to pay an additional £20 to move to the far superior Ramada in Amritsar. Nevertheless, I appreciate the efforts of the lovely staff trying to make a living.

The hotel is ok ok The rooms are not very maintained. But it will provide hot water in washroom. The best part is it is just opposite Amritsar railway station. You can get east auto and all. Medicine food all are in walking distance. And very reasonable price.

Seriously worst receptionist person ! He was faty&old person look like. Me and my NRI elder sister waiting for our bus Amritsar to Ludhiana near to the Hotel Palace. She want to go washroom. I went to the Hotel Palace's receptionist 11.15 am Sunday 5 November 2023. I request him please allow us to use your washroom. He directly says that No! Is he have right to do this? Because according to the Indian government law on restaurant and hotel will never say to cannot use our washroom. Seriously worst staff.

One of the reasonable and comfortable stay you will find in Amritsar. Manager is extremely polite and helpful. He offered us lot of amenities. It might be a bit difficult to find at first even though it's on the road. Parking area is good with holding capacity of around 8-9 vehicles. Rooms were clean and sanitized properly. They have 5 bed room, 3 bed room and 2 bed room options. Do consider this for your pleased stay with light in pocket.

The hotel is good for stay. Just opposite of Amritsar Railway Station. Behaviour of the Owner and staff are excellent. In side hotel area mor spacious for parking and time pass. When I talked over phone with the manager about location, he sent one of his employee to the station to receive us. They also accomodate our tour and provide a rented car. We stayed there 2 days and visited The Golden Temple, Jaliwan wala Bag and Wagah border.

The room was decent enough for the price but the management and services here suck ... We made an agreement with the owner for a single night stay but later on he denied and changed his stand... Not a pleasant experience at all

Mr.Hari & Mr.Ramesh assisted my elderly parents very well from Amritsar Junction to the Hotel around mid night and also throughout their stay at the Hotel for those 3 days. They also provided good breakfast at proper times in the morning for those 3 days.Highly recommended and thank you once again.
