Worst hotel ever seen in my life... My God, I have now words explain about this hotel... I would confidently say that the 5 rating reviews are 100% fake... Either from staff or paid... Worst is a very small word for the amount of dirty this hotel is in every place... We had to go to this hotel because of our unfortunate holiday booking with Himalyan Space tours and travels... When you go and raise the concerned the hotel and travel agent, both are least bothered and will not get any help... Just one example I want to give is... We can't even use those washrooms, we had to use washrooms when we reached in the airport.... You can imagine what kind of dirty hotel it is.. if you see their restaurant, you will vomit and will not have food for one week ..... Pathetic

I stayed for 2 days recently in this hotel. The experience in this hotel is really great. The staff is very polite and responsible. The atmosphere and the location is very nice.

Pathetic reception staff.No etiquettes of dealing with the customers interms of understanding their needs n situation.Room service also is pathetic you Keep calling them they pay a deaf hear to your requests.Ask them for an extra blanket ( they received call said it will be sent but it was never done so),order morning tea ( which is on payment basis) it was served after almost 1 n half hour n after making atleast 4 calls inthis duration. They are horrendous n this is during office season btw with not much of rush .They don't even offer a water bottle despite of asking them .Just imagine

Great location I was very pleased with my stay.friendly staff they treat the custmrs very politely reception staff and service staff behaviour was excellent we will definitely visit again

the hotel is located inside a small lane. if u are travelling for the first time u may have a hard time locating it. the lane is very narrow and vehicles are parked in the lane. so after a point your car wont be able to go inside and you will have to carry your luggage. staff is polite and helpful. food was good but can be better.
