OYO Hotel Grand Star

Dirty hotel. Toilet is awful as if has not clean for several months. Lack of cleanliness. Staff are lazy. Had a terrible night there. The room has never clean and has no decoration to make it attractive. The dustbin was awful very dirty. On the corridor there r several clothes were put to dry. The corridor also have stain everywhere n dust. On the staircase there were empty alcohol drink bottles lying thereat. This was my worst day i had there.

It is a decent budget hotel. The location is slightly inconvenient as it is situated in the heart of the city on a narrow busy lane inner lane, no the main road) and commuting with a car could be difficult. The hotel offers valet parking though.||||The rooms are decent, could have been cleaner.||Overall a good place to stay on a budget.

Hello, I'm from MAD Travels Mumbai, We came here for Educational Tour with the 35 students. Our Experience was too good this hotel give best service. Their restaurant is on 6th floor, small but in good condition. Staff is good and each and every one is cooperative. But one problem is their with Google Map. Google Map showing wrong direction on Map if your visiting here you have to follow Oriental Bank of commerce. This hotel is near by that bank ... Thank yo Soo much 😊

They haven't changed bed sheets and the washroom was super dirty. I have also requested for washroom service 2 to 3 times but they ignored. Never go there, I would request other for genuine reviews plz. Fake marketing can spoil someone's special day.

Hotel reception guys are fully commercial. They wanted me to pay cash instead of online, when I paid online to OYO they gave a room under maintenance. The bed sheets and blanket was full of dirt and there was no lights working in the room! When I questioned them they were rudely answered... this is the room they have, if don’t like change booking to other hotel! It was very bad experience, don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Horrible experience with this hotel. It’s was like cheap guest house and it does not sound to be correct if we call it hotel .staff was very rude and no room service. Wash rooms were very dirty and even bed sheet was very dirty seemed not washed from last few weeks. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND

Not any security or privacy at hotel. Someone knocks the door of our room at 4 am & this is really cheap. The location of hotel is also not right at map. We had to travel around the hotel from 1 to 2 hours to finds the location. After calling to hotel.,the person on call also said, I don't know the exact location. I am also new there. 🙏

One of the best budget hotel in Amritsar with hygienic and semi spacious room. Location is the major advantage, where you have access to everything from grocery to food and what not. Room service is duely prompt.
