OYO 14926 AK residency

It was my worst experience of my life. I don't recommend any couple or female to stay in this hotel. I check in hotel on 23 Aug at 10 pm I booked saver X room amt 750/- per night but "no where mention it don't have bathroom in it" for facility it showing bathroom shower etc 25+ when I reached to hotel the reception person said it was common bathroom in this package how should we know what is saver and classic who use common bathroom who is travelling with family and u telling 3 star property after the reception person take me extra 200 amt for attached bathroom. Coming to location it was in small lane when enter into that area felling comes kaha aa gaye yaar Pakistan toh nhi as gaye . At morning 10am call on epbx check out room at 10:30 morning they cut of AC power.. We check out at 11 put our luggage at reception and requested them when we came back from temple . we need room for 5 min to change cloths in morning they said OK when in evening we came back from temple we ask them to give room that time they said all rooms are full where I checked in their system all rooms are empty and they said on Terus their is one room and wash room use that when we go to 5th floor it was a servant bathroom how we can tell my family to change in servant room. After I asked for a hard copy bill so they said we don't have billbook is it a joke they are using oyo brand name and don't have hard copy bill so I ask him to give normal bill on seal. Story not over here they don't allow online orders in hotel room it mean u need to eat what they have in hotel And hotel menu is triple price of market but in booking details it mention it's allowed to order out side but in its mention on online order. no auto or riksha to coming back to station U need to walk at least 1.5 km to grab auto at night and auto charge u 85 rs they have LED in room no 34 but Airtel d2h was not recharged it was just for showcase wow a service providing by oyo . In break fast u get full of oilly chole and pudi or bature total cold bcoz they don't have their own kitchen I never suggest any one oyo 14926 AK residency Rest guys u going for vacation not for cheated and feel shame on ur self ki why I booked this hotel and make ur trip spoiled and cheated So think twice pay 100-200 rs more but don't book this hotel my suggestion .. Rest all ur call thanks and regards

Never book this property thru thrid party app such as Booking.com or Goibibo. Had booked 4 rooms for my family thru later app. But upon arrival, the owner brazenly refused to allow check in. Despite the fact the he was well aware of my booking. Further, just to embarrass me infront of my family he asked me how do you expect to book property at such low rates? I was in such a sorry state as I was traveling with 13 members of my family including my diabetic mom. Not to mention their luggage. What appalled me the most was he later offered me room at altered rates.

No restaurant. Deep in bylanes reachability an issue, no card machine for payment.otherwise property is new , clean but sizes are small..oyo misled that we get sofa in room. Got just 2 chairs inside the room

Good place to live if you are planning in low budget.. helpful staff, clean room and bathroom.. overall good place to stay..but if you are planning to check in at night then the way to the place is not so appealing even if you take auto rickshaw you have to walk 500 meters in narrow lanes.

Good hotel with clean rooms, built in city center...close to main market. Staff is very friendly and guide alot about city. Definitely would recommend to othes

Good place for stay in amritsar..clean rooms Located at centre..golden temple and durgiana temple are both nearby. Staff was friendly and gave good service.

Very bad hotel oyo brand name is spoiled by this type service provided by property . So upset will never book with oyo worst experience suggest to travellers dont book this proper for low price location is very bad in small lane u feel like u came in Pakistan lane ..

Staff is very friendly...rooms are clean. Overall a very good stay. Definitely will recommend to others👍
