Capital O 74830 Hotel Feather

Worst Hotel. The rooms are totally dirty and the paint on the walls is also not proper having marks of pencil on the wall paint. The kettle provided in the room is also not cleaned and having a smell within it. The toilet is also dirty and have very small area to take shower and even the Bucket and the Mug is also not cleaned properly. The hotel staff is also misbehaving also not even help us to change the room to provide us another room. I even can't stayed there for 10minutes so then after i shifted to another hotel. Please don't go with the pictutes mentioned on the OYO app or any other app because i see the reality by my own eyes. I also booked this property by seeing the pictures and thought i will be a good property but that was my biggest mistake. Really Worst Hotel please don't book this hotel if you don't want to spoil your Trip.

It was my first booking with oyo and had a pathetic experience. No tv no Wifi no lock and key to the room No dusting and the quality of bed sheet and pillow cover was horrible. I saw some yellow strain over the pillow cover which was really bad. I was travelling with my family and dint expecting that. Even On arrival at hotel the receptionist dint brief me. Over oyo I got room Num 107 but was allowed 108. Only one person ( with the beards) from the staff show some serious service rest it was not expecting type experience.

Hotel Kingsway, is real name.. Good hotel merit list as follows 1) parking area is sufficient, in front of hotel. 2) rooms are good and well furnished bt it is old now.. they have all basic amenities like TV, small frizz, ac , dust bin floor mats ( bt not in all rooms), electric kettle, RO water, 2 chair one table, telephone. 3) washroom is good bt...., 4) reception open for 24 hrs

Poorly managed hotel . Owner himself was not supportive at all. No food service. Staff was very rude. Not tv. No warm water. No room service after 8 pm. They charge me full payment for 4 hours late check-out. Owner himself was not shawn any concern on my complaint. Highly not recommend. Don't visit. I stay here for 5 days and these 5 days are worst of my life.

Hotel is Good rooms are spacious and well maintained but 4 star because of Bathroom shower overflowing switches are hanging in the Air, location is also very good nearby to railway station, bus stop, Swarn Mandir and local market. Recommend to all as staff is also very helpful.

Worst hotel. Hacking accounts and giving themselves 5 stars in Oyo apps. Providing worst services. Staff is very rude. Bedsheets were dirty. Mirror in the washroom was broken. No soap and other thing provided.

Don't book this Oyo. Booked this Oyo for stay, cnat find its location on Google map. Had to cancelled my booking neither the hotel reception picked call nor the Oyo representative, they just assured we ll abele to book a hotel near by had to pay the cab waist of time so when u r booking this property kept this on mind

The room size was okay neither too good nor too bad but the basic necessities like TV, bucket, dormats, dustbins werr not at all up to thr mark. If asked, i'll suggest add little bucks more and go for a better range hotel over there ......
