Very nice hotel with all amenities.Hotel staff is polite.The whole property is newly built and the rooms were big and properly cleaned.The location of the hotel is nearby all tourist places.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment. Despite voicing concerns to the staff, the manager, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, offered numerous excuses but failed to address the issue. I reserved 12 rooms for a 2-day stay from May 24th to May 25th, and I found Mr. Kumar to be uncooperative and lacking in customer service skills. Furthermore, the establishment does not provide a safe environment for families, as unmarried couples are permitted to stay, which may explain some of the positive reviews. I advise against visiting this hotel in the future due to the lack of proper cleaning services and unsafe environment.

My recent stay at Hotel Guglani was a disaster. The hotel service staff were neglectful, not even bothering to change the bed sheets. The manager's rude behavior was the icing on the cake. Add to that the constant electricity fluctuations and non-functional hot water geyser, and you have a recipe for an utterly unpleasant stay. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

Rooms are very small doesn't even have space to stand, one bed. No windows, ac is not working so no ventilation and no fresh air, perfect for couple but not for family.

It's a very nearby from railway station and cleaning is good, electricity backup is prefect, peaceful area especially at night. Car parking is very limited

This hotel is good only for location, as it is only 400 m away from Amritsar Railway Station. Very horrible experience as most of the rooms are having faulty electricity and the moment you touch wash basin and tap water and it's accessories, you may sustain an electric shock. If you complaint the staff then it's main boss Mr. Sanjeev Kumar gives thousands of excuses but not rectify the problem. I have booked 04 rooms for 02 days on 11.06.23 to 12.06.23 and he is very arrogant and not having comonsense about how to speak and deal with customers. Moreover it is not a safe place to stay for families. Amazongly, here unmarried couples are allowed so you can understand why some customers have given positive reviews. Please do not visit this hotel in future because there is no provisions of good sweeping / cleaning staff.

The stay was very fantastic. Me and my family had stay here for two days. The rooms were very good. Once again I will visit Amritsar and doesn't need to think to which hotel I should stay.

Very close distance from all tourist places within city.Nice clean and spacious rooms, hygiene bathroom with regular service.Well mannered entire hotel staff.Thank you for making our stay like homely and pleasant.
