very poor experience, with common complaints including stained or dirty linens, unclean n unhygienic bathroom also room was not as advertised online, with pictures and descriptions failing to match the reality of the unkempt state of the actual room . We were booked through MMT and when we asked for a room tht is clean n well maintained, they charged extra, tv is not working.

Im visit 29 july for this hotel to buy a room me and my frds also I had never seen this type of hotel in my life the owner was Mr sahil was very very rudely person they speak Tu Tu etc very disgusting theek hai bhai apko bhagwan nai hotel diya hai but is trah sy kissi cutmr sy bat niii karte itna rude I never explaind i know kii Punjab mai tu like rude is normally but coustmer is king I'm also run the beverage factory and handling 50 plus my staff but Mr sahil plz change your mentally apko hii sirf God nai nii paisa diya hai respact kroge tho respact milegi i wish kii ap yeh review jrur read kro

It was such a nice experience...the owner is helping and sweet ...staff is also so helpful..daily room service and all other services are fast ...there is also a dhaba which is a + point ..lift is working..overall nice experience...near to durgiana temple and other famous places ...the hotel also arrange cab or other services...railway station is only 2 min far .

Excellent location, good and helpful staff. Willing to go out of their way to assist you. Owner takes special care and ensures you have a comfortable stay. Located close to all the places to younplan to visit with a park in front of hotel which gives a good view.

We 4 families visited Amritsar in the last week of January 2024 and stayed at Hotel Shree Vishnu Residency for 4 days. This hotel experience is very bad for us. It was very cold there when we were there. Hot water was badly needed. Despite the geyser we didn't always get hot water. After the aftenoon, the main switch of the geyser was turned off from the reception. When asked to turn on the geyser, the hotel staff behaved very badly, and the hotel manager spoke rudely. Talk to us with a raised finger. It seemed like we came to stay for free. The hotel room was not cleaned even one day during our stay. But the location of the hotel is good. Not suitable to stay with family.

We stayed here from 25th to 28th January 2024 for a total of 4 miserable & horrible days. Very dirty hotel, dirty and airless room, all staff are very rude behavior. Despite repeated requests, there was no enthusiasm from the hotel authorities to clean the room, and the geyser was shut off by the master switch. Perhaps some Mastans work as their staff, because when talking about Geyser or problems in the rooms, their staff raise their fingers in front of the guests (whom they probably think of as cows and goats) and say "Stay as you are, you don't know who I am, what I can do". They only clean their front of reception a few times a day to keep it shiny. At that time, if anyone walks by with a different mind, even the children are abused in foul language. No rating can be given for this hotel.

we visit Amritsar first time & stay in this hotel few days ago.But my experience very bad about hotel staff & their services.All staff are very rude behavior . when i stay ,temperature near 4 to 6 degree.that time they cannot provide properly thier geyger service.I cannot use geyger when i needed.They always switch-off geyger service. Hotel manager's behavior also very rough & he always talk very rudely with all guest.I stay here 4 days but room not clean a single time. My request to all guest please don't stay here for a single day.

It's 1 KM from the Railway station, near to Durgyana temple and 1.5 KM from Golden temple. The location is good and the rooms are also fine according to the price and okay rooms. Cleanliness should be maintained more.
