OYO Townhouse 871 Hotel Sg Grand

SG stands for Sallow Grand. The hotel is fairly nice, specially if you got a good price. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Rooms are spacious with good decor and facilities such as TV, WiFi. However -The room had no water. I had to purchase it seperately..quite a shock to me as one bottle is generally complimentary. If not atleast a jug of regular water. -Room did not have any chairs. - the sheets , towel dnt seem like very fresh or clean. -the bathroom while pretty swank isn't very clean and or maintained well. -the AC is centralised , so you can't control the temperatures. This hotel has good potential...and I would'nt mind a revisit too. However a few tweaks would be much appreciated.

3 star. Coz hotel is up to mark. But 2 stars less due to behaviour of receptionist. He didn’t gave me bill for the payment made and even tried to charged gst from me. Even though gst is exempt for the room tariff upto 1000 rs. Next time kindly don’t try to be over smart. Rest room was upto the mark.

Very poor service & property also not in good condition. Room amenities not available,ac not working,tv remote not provided every time ask to receptionist to switch on tv & room also bcoz they not giving rooms key to guest... White wash wipe out from walls... Wi-Fi not working.. mentioned window in room but they gives rooms in Basement...smell bad in room... washroom lock also broken... pathetic stay... Not recommended

I booked room here with full payment in advance and once I reached hotel after driving for 8 hours . They said we don’t have availability you can take your refund(becoz they renting out room for 2 hours to couples gives more money to them). Don’t go to this hotel with family.

All thing was worst Staff was worst Bathroom was smelling Poor Location No parking facility No balcony and no view from windows, either you could not open window they was fixed No card or key given from room access, you have to ask to open room gate. Never seen hotel like this... Lifetime worst experience

As i booked the hotel in 1282rs but they charged 2184 from my family as I booked the room for my family gone for a trip and i made the payment of rs 384 to book the book and rest or 898 to be paid at the hotel but they charged us 2184 and i have given a complain for that too but with proofs but till date no refund nothing has happend want to tell everyone never book a room from oyo because they make us fool as they told me to refund my money but they haven’t soo worst experience ever happened in booking.. thankyou

The place is very difficult to locate even on Google maps .The Wifi has a very poor strength and the food is also not so good.
