Although the hotel was at a good place and the food had a variety and was tasty the room was not so clean and I had to clean it myself, it had empty water bottles lying around and the bed was not done and it also had hairs all over the bed

Positive: The location, space for parking (although it is not secured parking, and there is a risk.||Negative. |1) Room Location: I had room 211. Since it was farthest from elevator, there was no wifi. |2) Room: Although the room was big, the interiors felt dingy. The AC started leaking at night, and by morning, the entire room was wet.|3) Shower: Shower head was broken, and it sprayed water everywhere, even on cloth racks. |4) Room Service: Since I had travelled all day, i asked for food at 5.30. But at that time, only Chinese food is available. Dinner starts at 7.30, not before that.|5) Service: I got up at 4 in the morning, and seeing the room wet from AC water, i called the reception. No one picked. I tried every 15 minutes, still got to reply. Tired, I checked out at 5, carrying my luggage, since no one at reception would pick the phone.

Celebrated my son's birthday at this beautiful hotel and stayed for a night. Very tasty food along with best hospitable gestures from entire service staff. Full marks to their food. Rooftop is really refreshing for morning tea and must be given a try if you are an early bird. Special Thanks to Mr. Amrish Puri. This hotel is Highly recommended among properties near Golden temple yet away from crowded places!

||Made a quick trip to Amritsar to pay obeisance at Shri Dugiana Mandir(world famous Shri Hanuman temple) and Golden temple. Stayed at Dieu's hotel with family of 10 members. Rahul ji offered a good deal with Dinner inclusive. We enjoyed tasty snacks at terrace whilst having dips in the pool. Highly recommended as hotel has so much to offer.

Room was different to what was promised by travel agency. ||1. Flush was not working. Toilet seat were loose. ||2. Light was not working. ||3. Only 1 towel was there. Extra Towels were not there. ||4. TV was useless as not a single channel was playing.||5. Found a hair in the breakfast Egg bhurji||6. Pool is there but completely green in color due to poor maintenance ||||Pro||1. Staff were cordial and very helpful though.||||Room Ambience: 2/5||Room Cleanliness and Hygiene: 2/5||Food: 3/5||Amenities: 1/5||Staff: 5/5||||Not Value for Money. Will not repeat my stay, atleast not in the same room.

Excellent behavior and service by staff specially Mr. AMBRISH was so nice. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Location of hotel is also good as Golden temple is just 5 minutes away. Stay was very nice.

On a short official trip, we covered the utmost things:: Golden Temple, Durgiana Mandir, local food and shopping. This hotel is just a few minutes away from Golden Temple and located near Grand Trunk road. One must try food at its restaurant and you would regret that why did you opted some other restaurant in the town. Very tasty food at a very competitive price and they offer a little discount on that as well if you are a staying guest. Hotel is well maintained by an Indian group known as DIEU. Keep rocking guys and wish you luck for your upcoming properties.

I had book this hotel for my business trip. Hotel stay was excellent great hospitality. We had small group meeting over there. Food was awesome,staff is very helpful. Overall my experience was wonderful.
