Regalia Grand by Delight STAY

A new property, well located in a small lane with adequate space for parking. Staffs were good, helpful and supportive. The room is neat and clean and very compact with no facilities for keeping luggage ( need to open on floor itself). The restaurant is at the top floor and it's quite pleasant to sit outdoor, although a bit windy. The food quality is very good and the staff, including the chef were very helpful and polite. Had a good stay for a couple of nights.

My stay with family, in Hotel Regalia Grand was very Nice. From the check in and check out everything was smooth and easy. Rooms have good space and basic amenities provided by hotel. Service is quick. Although I was not able to had food there due to short time but tea was good. Parking available near hotel. Location is also good as Golden temple is 10 min drive and Railway station is 15 min drive from hotel. Cleanliness and hygiene was properly maintained in the hotel. Naina Singh helped us well throughout the process of booking and checking in. I will recommend to stay there.

The room service and hospitality was really good. The food was amazing. The room was spacious and detail oriented. Location of the hotel is also near tourist places like golden temple etc. Highly recommend it.

April 2025 1. During our one night-stay in it was around 11pm when the electricity went off. This was scary since there was no electricity back up for a good 30mins, leaving us in complete darkness in the room. Surprisingly the corridor had lights. During this time, the hotel reception number was kept engaged (probably deliberately) most of the time and it took them 30mins to arrange for back up. Highly compromising safety. Those 30mins of darkness and no one answering the call at the reception felt like complete SOS. 2. For dinner, the non-veg item was missing, when we asked what about it, they mentioned, it can be arranged but y'all will have to dine in the outdoor dining area since non-veg can't be eaten inside. Which took us by absolute surprise and reflects the thought process of the hotel management to be okay with such discrimination. 3. Highly unstable internet provision. 4. TV only had YouTube provision and no other basic cable channels.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Regalia Grand Amritsar and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located near the golden temple. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful decorated .

We stayed in this hotel in May 2025 Rooms are very clean and room service is also very good. Food is very tasty and very important staff are very friendly and gives excellent service l. We recommend all to stay in this hotel if you are planning to visit Amritsar.
