Stayed here with my family during a short trip to Amritsar. The staff here is quite professional. Rooms were pretty clean and well-furnished. We didn't try the food here, so not sure about that aspect. Everything else is really good in terms of the amount they charge. Really glad to have received such hospitality.

Good hotel and staff. But it is no where mentioned in any previous review that location of the hotel is not safe. It is come to know us that area is not safe for ladies also so many incident noted about chain purse and other belonging snatching from guest in that area. Also it is 4.5 kn far from temple and city centre. Which cost you 200 each time you go there. No option for good restaurant and purchasing around it

The best! Staff is extremely polite and helpful and the best part is they're always available no matter if it is 3am or 3pm. Rooms are clean, everything works properly (even TV has access to all the channels). Room service is quick and the food is great! Cherry on the cake is ample parking space and it's distance from all the key places like Golden temple, Gobindgarh fort, Jalliawalan Bagh etc. Go for it, I booked it through oyo and got a great deal!

Location and Rooms are perfect but only bad thing I experienced is staff is denying to order food from zomato or swiggy and that too is not mentioned in the hotel policies on app. Otherwise stay was comfortable.

Waste of money, totally unsatisfied. Very rude staff members and unsafe for visitors. They will not be responsible for anything if something happened. And rooms are not very good. Please check all the windows if you visit over there, Rest of the things check in Pics

Nice Room good Hospitality nice staff Danish very nice boy he helped me a lot i had to visit the city he gave me good suggestion about the whole place i will come to this hotel whenever i come my family liked it very much i am blessed.

Best hotel in amritsar. Staff is very polite and co-operative. Location is very good. All facilities are available inside the hotel. Do visit there.

Such a Worst service provide to customers, please check some rooms don't have windows. They also provide wet towel to customers.
