Hotel Lemonade

The hotel is walking distance from golden temple and offers spacious rooms. We liked our stay at the place though parking in the narrow road might be a problem (the valet service settles the issue to some extent). Overall a good choice for all travellers.

LEMONADE HOTEL IS SITUATED AT THE PRIME LOCATION NEAR TO TOWN HALL GURU DWARA SAHAB IS NOT SO MUCH FAR ITS AT WALKABLE DISTANCE FRONT DESK/ RECEPTION PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY BUT THEY DONT PROVIDE WATER BOTTLES ,TEA ,COFEE,WIFI PASSWORD IN TIME OVERALL ITS GOOD HOTEL THE PERSON WHO GUIDED WAS TO REACH HERE TOLD US THAT HOTEL IS HAVING A BASEMENT PARKING BUT THEY ARE NOT HAVING THE SAME TO PARK VEHICLES OUT SIDE THE HOTE SEEMS VERY RISKY AS ITS A TIGHT ROAD WHEN WE REACHED AMRITSAR IT WAS DIWALI TIME AND PEOPLE WERE BURSTING Crackers ETC ON THE ROAD WHICH CAN CAUSE Serious DAMAGE TO VEHICLES AND PROPERTY. ROOM SERVICE OF THE HOTEL WAS AT PAR I WILL GIVE ONLY 5 OUT OF 10 The person who guided us about this hotel told us the ac room along with parking will cost us ₹1300 but they charged much as we were told If you don't have a car etc then this hotel is ok else not good I am enclosing some pictures of the hotel along with the phone numbers for your reference Hope you will get a better deal if you will call directly

Such a terrible experience. Stayed there for 2 days no proper service and overpricing of everything not even provided us any bathroom essentials and even charged us for for blush and toothpaste tooo .. WiFi condition very poor .. overall experience is not satisfied… even we ordered food and service was very very slow …. Not even properly hygiene rooms

*Syayed here from 31st Aug'24 - 1st Sept'24. *Fraud hotel, will not recommend for stay. *They took ₹1,700 for stay (Checked in at 5:00 PM), next day from 11:30 AM they will keep on calling to vacate the premises. *Didn't give complementary breakfast. *Even charged ₹20 for the water bottle which they gave when we checked in. *Will not recommend anyone to stay at this scamming hotel.

Worst experience ever never go to thier property I recently checked in there hotel and parked my car as per their convenience first of all all the blankets were in worst conditions as if they were never washed we could see patches on the blanket and bed sheet as well after that when i checked out and came to my car where it was parked i could see tons of scratches on my car done by dont know whom the hotel guy asked me to park the car there and they said its safe

I stayed 2 days. Location of the hotel is very closed to Gurudwar and other areas too. Hotel staffs are good. Services is very poor. They are charge me 3000rs for 2 days. They are not provided water bottle wi-fi. After paying 1500rs/day They are not provide simple services. Such a pathetic service ... owner should me consider this issues

We booked this hotel on visit tour from 13.06.24 for 1 day.The cost was Rs 2500 for a double bed room .The room was though spacious but has a number of issues.The AC was not at all functioning,even after requesting several times to the staff at reception centre ,the same was not attended positively.Also the electricity went off for 1.15 hr without any back up.I ordered for some water glasses and it arrived after 30-45 minutes that too after so many requests.The bathroom has no towel rack/rod.The staff are totally rude and non co-operative.They will take full amount in advance but will not bother for any after services.Staying with family and little children in June without electricity ,AC is quite imaginable.Totally pathetic,atrocious .Then in the evening,again after requests,the room was changed to another room.I would never recommend for this hotel.If you are going for it,be careful and check everything before going ahead.

Foreigners beware, I arrived 3pm on my first of days at this hotel, room was supposed to be ready at 12pm for check-in but they made me wait till an hour after I arrived for the room to be ready which wasn't even the deluxe room I booked but a crammed standard room. Once I brought this up to management it was another 2hr wait to finally get my room which should have been ready 12pm. Room had suspicious stains on the chairs, sheets and pillow so beware. The rooms with windows are the worst, the windows don't close at all as they are completely broken so all the pollution in the air outside is in your room and not to mention you hear everything as if your outside in your room as your trying to get some sleep. Lastly all the staff are are very rude (expect the cleaning woman) and will openly ignore you when you ask them something, and if you come or leave early morning hours they won't open the door (as it's locked) for you when your right there knocking and calling out to them, when they are sleeping on the couch not even 30cm away from the door again ignoring you. Stay away from this dump, the reviews and photos are a complete lie.
