The staff has no manners to talk. Earlier it used to be a good hotel but now they have degraded the quality of service. I booked their full hotel sometime before and now I called to book a room. The lady at reception was so arrogant. She just told her price and when i asked for discount - she told her price and hung up. So disrespectul. Stay away from their crazy minded staff who dont even know how to talk with old customers.

The Lady in reception is the only one for whom this hotel deserve 5 star, she was really polite and well mannered. Food was also good. They have to update their menu as well because they charge me 275 for the dish price 225 in menu.

I would avoid this Hotel at all cost we came to visit from the UK needed a room for one night and A to Z Proof evidence eg marriage certificate ,andar card,my Uk passport my Husband passport even wanted to see our wedding pictures UK driving license my India visa also not much more left made us feel like criminals very rude staff no manners or communication skills we left Hotel management skills are needed

The hotel staff was quite helpful . Food is average and can be missed withiot regrets. Accomodation is comfortable and linen is clean.|Luxury is a word better left out of this town's review ,let alone this hotel. Again,this is simply a fact and not a complaint forbthe hotel. Keep your expectations honest and you will like this hotel.|Thumbs up to the staff.

I wouldn't prefer giving even 1 star but just for the sake of google. Although they have benefit of location but as it's said in hindi "Naam bade darshan chote". So let me explain right from starting, price as per the city is too high and that also without breakfast. Right when i wanted to get freshen up, water was in neither of bathroom appliances (toilet, sink, shower). Wifi was not working properly. Tv wasn't working. Even after addressing these concerns to the hotel staff, i didnt get any response. Somehiw i managed to sleep but next morning qhen i needed to keave for business trip, water was still not there. Gave a phone call to reception and they arranged bathroom in other room but still same response. So wasnt satisfied at all. And yeah main thing, there was smell of cigarette and weed on my floor so wasnt pleasant experience at all.
