Old hotel, rooms interior also very old type. Bathrooms not good, more maintained well. Staff service also not good. An old man sitting on the counter, very rude. Will daily ask money, "u want to stay, give money" no etiquettes

We booked 15 rooms for doctors and our family also Doctors, on Monday i.e. 13th feb, 2023, our persons went to drop family at home, they called for money, we said we, ll settle account at morning, but they locked gate and compelled to do final settlement now and take your persons. They r worst people, in future we, ll never do anytype of business with them

I visited this hotel for attending a small party arranged by a friend in hotel Shiraz Regency. The hotel is conveniently located and looks good from outside, however, I was amazed at the terrible hospitality shown by the staff. The sheets used on tables were extremely dirty, and they did not turn the AC in the restaurants on unless it was a timed function (so at least we were lucky in this hot weather). During the function, we decided to sit in the lobby for a while and witnessed a bitter verbal fight between the owner and three guests who had arrived for a lunch. Guests who were rightly complaining for lack of air conditioning and dirty sheets were asked by the owner to just get lost.. 'We are seeing each other faces for the last time' is what he said to those guests. He refused completely to acknowledge their problem and simply said with as much arrogance as he could muster 'Aap apna khana khao aur jao'. This isn't how hotel industry normally behaves. It's terrible. ||||In the lobby itself, the air condition was turned off already and plenty of house flies were sitting around everywhere (pics attached). We could not sit in peace due to their constant buzzing and sitting on our bodies. The lobby floor wad also full of those flies. ||||Aesthetically, it isn't a treat either.A dirty aquarium (unused) lies close to the reception area and the area contains unnecessary things which catch attention too.||||Not an experience to remember,at all.

I've been occasionally boarding this hotel since November 2015. Very old construction, Ac nonworking on summers water heaters on cold. Zero maintenance done. Boys are good and they'll bring hot water bucket for you on demand.

The hotel bathrooms are dirty and the rooms are old. The mattresses are uncomfortable. Room service is terrible as I had to call them six times to get my room cleaned. The only plus point is good food, although its a bit overpriced. All in all a very average hotel , I don't think I would like to visit again.

Wow ||After reading the reviews, I would like to share my views, price tag per room is on, cleanliness is on, food is awesome, parking is there, I could not find fungus walls and filthy towels nothing that of sort, checked my bill it was as what I ordered. Overall I'm happy b would recommend I stayed on 7th sept till 18th September oh yes they have opened two cinemas saw movies quite comfortable
