Super OYO Flagship 18478 Hotel Max

I booked an OYO hotel. During my stay, I encountered several issues. The hotel was unhygienic, the geyser wasn’t working, there were no curtains in the room, and I wasn’t provided with the WiFi password at check-in. Overall, the conditions were unacceptable, and the receptionist’s behavior was unprofessional. Upon checkout, the receptionist asked for my phone, and assuming he needed the booking ID, I handed it over. However, he used it to rate the hotel without my permission. I’m extremely disappointed that a company like OYO would allow such poorly maintained hotels to be part of their network.

Worst hotel. Has lots of cockroaches in it. The staff service is pathetic. They take you for granted. If you don't have budget its good for 1-2 days but for more days it's pathetic hotel.

Staff dealing is not good. Very poor service. Cockroaches are under mattress. Horrible experience.

Very basic room. I suppose for the price that is expected. However, clean bedsheets and towels should be provided. The laundry was being reused without washing. The bedsheets were dirty and torn. I checked in very late. Though I booked the hotel and paid for 2 nights, I left the hotel early morning and shifted to a better place. The gentleman at the reception... I think his name was Gaurav was the only plus. Even though I paid for 2 nights and stayed for 1 night, I received a message from OYO saying that I was a NO SHOW.

Dont go here if you love your health. Worst experience ever. Pathetic service, rooms are very dirty , blankets never washed, rooms never got clean, lot of dust, dont have a house keeping staff, geysers are not working. Rooms are smelling like burning cigarettes. Uncleaned rooms, uncleaned lobby, dustbins outer body are painted with red tobacco, they don't have even time to clean it. Plants dies bcoz of lack of water etc. after all this a guy named Prince kumar, ( manager of this jail) start quarrelling with us for early check in. They dont know how to talk to customers. Dont ever go there with your family even if you are single . Just want to give a big zero to them. Hate google for not letting me do this.never go here!!!!

Wonderful stay at hotel max .the room was comfortable and spotless.Definitely recommend hotel max!
