Well I use to stay near to this Hotel, It's always remained dominated throughout the year with celebrations, wedding, parties etc,. The location & place is suitable to book for any reasons. Apart from the design & beauty of the hotel. The food & auditorium hall makes it more attractive for the event's & businesses. I strongly recommend if you are looking something under budget, check-in undoubtedly.

Dirty hotel, major issues with cleaning.. I think it's years they had clean the hotel. Washrooms, bucket, mug, all are in very bad condition.Dirty floor/walls, everything was looking smoky and dirty. I don't recommend this hotel.

Short and skinny lady on reception wasn't welcoming and didn't like her way of talking. She doesn't how to deal with customers. she is full of attitude and ego. She was rude. All i want to say get a good receptionist with customer dealing skills. She doesn't deserve that position. Our family wouldn't recommend this place to our friends and co-workers for future stay. In result this place will lose money due to her bad attitude. Please get someone with polite nature thanks

Located on GT road nearby town jandiala guru approximately 16 kms to Amritsar. There is availability for rooms and also there is a banquet Hall and a restaurant and bar serving both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. It is about a distance of one kms from nearby upmarket area with haveli Starbucks Burger King mc Donalds KFC etc .

If you traveling during night and looking for a good stay. Never ever go here. Person who was there is behaving with attitude because we need room at 1am in night. Not giving bill for the money which you pay. If need bill, need to pay extra and have to wait till 10am morning for bill if you want to leave early you cant leave if you want bill.

We're NRIs and I have to say the food quality was up to par with American standards, if not better. A lot cleaner then other places we been as well as friendly staff. This a guaranteed go to stop for my family and I every time we come to India and stop by before we go to Amritsar each time.

The place has a medium size function hall which was fairly well decorated for the wedding I attended there. The rooms it appears are generally rented for the day by people booking the functions The toilets were not very clean. The outdoor area for the functions was much larger.

Service is absolutely pathetic and take ages to bring food to the tables despite the place being empty. The place itself is dirty and they don’t bother keeping their floors clean. Food is average but the cook seems to act smart as he tries to recycle leftovers into his dishes. We ordered Veg Crispy as starter and was surprised to see the contents again in our main dish Veg Jalfrezi ; bloody loosers. Despite being centrally air conditioned the place was warm and uncomfortable without fans as family members were sweating. No options of paying with cards. Paytm payment was declined saying the owner took his phone with him abroad. Pathetic and lame excuses
