OYO Hotel Waves

I have visited this hotel almost two times. When I booked for the first time, my experience was excellent and then I have chosen to stay again second time. In view of my earlier as well as recent experience, the services are very good. They are providing very good and maintained rooms in very genuine budget. I highly recommend this Hotel for a pleasant stay.....

Had an average experience with Waves Hotel. The washrooms are not cleaned regularly. This is my only complaint and the walls have open cracks. But I guess, you get what you pay for. They aren’t charging that high amounts too but others are providing good services within same budget.

I stay here for one day just pay 1300 but feeling very fine staff is very cooperative. Food is too yummy and reasonable price.

Hotel is very nice. Room was medium size. Location is near to airport. Not much options to eat outside but only one newly opened good rastaurant. Sukhna lake/rock garden are far (approx 16 KM) from this place. New opened airport is also around 15 KM.

Stayed here on last weekend for a night while on my way to manali. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, staff was also friendly. We took 2 rooms and both were good. Cant say about the good as we checked in late at night.

I stayed here for a night during a client visit and my stay was comfortable with staff taking good care of me and spacious room, overall i was satisfied with my stay here. This hotel is located in market, so if you have any work it is easy to get it done.

I had veray comfortable stay here for 2 nights. The airport is quite far from there, but , still i chose this hotel as it is near to my place of work. The stay was comfortable due to quite big and clean room , with all the facilities. The service was also good

I must say that it was the worst experience ever..we booked this hotel as it was under oyo rooms and thought that it would be good but no..the worst hotel in zirakpur or Chandigarh. We stayed at this place with family.Rooms were not clean.When we entered the room cigarette smoke smell was all around.Their electricity plugs were not working properly.Ac was in bad condition and when we switched on the Ac,firstly it was not getting up on and after asking the staff,they behaved rudely,they switched that on but after that too Ac made too too much noise and we were not able to sleep at night..Taps were not functioning properly.Shower Handle was broken.Soap holder was in bad condition.Switch boards were not fixed but damaged.They even didn't provide the dental kit,soap,towels etc. But After making so many calls they gave us 1towel which was worn and had many big holes..They even didn't provide us pillow as their was only 1 pillow in the room and asking them so many times they said they don't have spare pillow. At morning theyforced us to check out by 10:30 only..|It was the worst experience we had..and we strongly don't recommend this hotel.Worst staff,Worst behaviour, eveything was Worst.
