HOTEL HIGHWAY GREENS

My name is prince i booked this room on 18 sept 2025 and it was my wrost experience ever my iternal life. Specially the receptionist who was in beard and mustaches is this is hospitality????? And that guy charge 2200 rupees from me. Shame to this hotel and shame to that receptionist who gave me this type of room. I came from varindavan to directly in this hotel because my Friend suggested me. After i share this images to my friend he was totally shocked and feel sorry. Wrost experience ever.

Booked this hotel after seeing pictures of the room online which seemed like a tidy and nice place. However those pictures were fake. When I went in person after checking in, the room was completely different. It was very dated and smelled like smoke. We came downstairs and talked to the first desk person. Who offered to give us a better room for additional cost. After talking to the customer service of the website we booked through, we were able to upgrade but still room was not anything impressive. It was already midnight by the time we went into our room after sorting everything out which easily took 1.5 hrs. The hot water or shower did not work properly. Our comforter was stained and smelled really bad. After I asked for a replacement, we were brought a dark colored kumble which was also not clean. Instead of trying to make things better, we were also asked to pay 800 rupees additional for the third person. Our car was blocked by other cars parked behind us multiple times during our stay which made it hard for us to go out to eat. Definitely very bad experience. Pictures online are a scam. I will stay away from this place from next time and suggest others to do the same.

The up keep of the room was not up to the mark, they could do better with the cleanliness , however the bed was comfortable and the staff was really good and polite and the room service was quick. Over all good experience but not satisfied with the cleaning of the bathrooms.

Very bad experience. Rooms were nothing like pictures online. Outdated and unclean rooms. Comforter was stained and smelled bad so was the accent blanket on the bed. Charged additional for 3 person. Had to wait hours to sort out the issue with room booked. This place is a scam. Avoid at all cost. Paid almost 3500+ and couldn't even shower due to broken shower and no proper hot water. Water was leaking all over the floor near the toilet.
