Hotel imperia

I stayed at this property on September 3rd, 2024, and overall, I had a positive experience. The property is relatively new, and the owner clearly has great taste, which is reflected in the stylish bathroom fittings, bed, linens, and curtains. They also offer parking, which is convenient. However, there are some areas that need attention. I stayed in Room 104, and while the bed, linens, and room were clean, the carpet and doormat were in poor condition. The bathroom's toilet hand shower seemed to be on the verge of breaking, and the exhaust fan wasn’t working. Their reception is on the 1st floor and it is noisy, Rakesh (manager), who is on reception plays loud bhajans in the morning. It would be nice if the volume could be lowered.

Good hotel for night stay with family. Safe place. Safe free parking space. Room and bathroom spacious and well decorated but no ventilation. AC room Rs 2K, Value for money.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends and booked 2 rooms while I was traveling to manali.. The rooms and washrooms are nicely neat and clean.. highly recommend 👌
