Hotel O Sabtera Homes

Worst experience , we book this hotel on Oyo at price of 900₹ approx but when we check in then told us that we can't provide rooms at this price if u want to book rooms u have to pay 1200 for a single room . Also there is no room service available we asked for water they told us come and collect from water cooler instaled on ground floor.

Very very bad experience, all night not Electercity we sped night in Non Ac and prices very heigh..second hotel charge 799/- with ac room, not dinner facility and other facility... My father was discharge so i staying here very difficult to us.

Extremely Poor conduct at the reception. When visted Sabtera Homes told us that there is no avalability of rooms. Could not contact at OYA phone no as it said Number Does not Exist. When again tried to search the Hotel was provided in opposite direction and that too far away. Experience was very poor

Infested with cockroaches. Room was very dirty and even the bedding was stained and not maintained properly. Preferably stay in Chandigarh.

The rooms were ok, but the owner overcharged me after paying on Goibibo for 2 days, he told me when I visited there that you can't stay in the hotel for that much money so you have to pay more and he took more money from me, indirectly you can consider it cheating as one have already paid earlier then why did he need to pay again and on asking for invoice for the extra money I paid he refused. Don't go there; instead, search for other hotels.

The service provided was very bad by the receptionist. She was most of the times arrogant, rude and money minded for each and everything. She told me to vacate the room when I extended my stay on the oyo app instead of doing it offline at the hotel. We had lot of trouble in the starting. They gave us one room which was filthy and filled with houseflies and smell, when we asked for another room, they said there is only one room available which is a balcony room and have to pay 200 extra. I also saw her fighting with the other customers at the room checkins.

When we arrived to check-in the hotel . The reception people told us that they do not take bookings from Oyo and will charge different from what is mentioned in Oyo. The worst experience I ever had while booking rooms. It is clearly mentioned that the online payment is non refundable. Thank god I saw that before making the payment online. Guys please do not book online for this hotel. Even the rooms are not so good. Room service is the worst. We asked for a water bottle and it never came.
