Hotel The Terrace

Never ever come here. Even by mistake. Their receptionist is super rude and full of attitude. The rooms maybe decent but when me and my dad looked for hotels nearby we went there to check and the receptionist was playing a mobile game and completely ignored us. When we called him he reluctantly replied and asked what we want in a very rude mannner. We still ignored and asked for room and he said the rooms will be available. When asked for rates he said "No i wont say because only those who actually would stay would not ask for rates." I kept my cool and still insisted on knowing the rates of different rooms. He said 2k per night for a room and we said we will take that room and ignored his ill behaviour because we only needed to stay one night. There was no lift and our luggage was heavy and so many so when asked for help he simply replied no. We had enough of his behaviour and left the hotel leaving with the worst experience of the hotel. The hotel should just fire him.

Hotel terrace is take over by new management since couple of months. Its better than previous management. But still its have problem in cooking and serving. Waiter dont take order properly, and cook forgot to add main ingredients like salt and spices. This place have lots of potential, as they have perfect setup like resturant, party hall for functions, hotel rooms. Its located in best locality on national highway. if management manage it properly, then they can do wonders. Best wishes for there future.

Decent rooms to stay a night or two, the beds were clean but some rooms are missing bathroom lights and supplies. The telephone to call room service was also out of order. They have a in house restaurant but the service was still a bit slow. Not bad but not great either.

the taste of food here is not really what you might be expecting... we ordered a thali... and it was not really worth spending that amount. its a place where you can go if you are very hungry and there is no other place to eat. one won't be able find the taste which we are used. The service is also ok but not the best. overall its an average restaurant and not much to expect from it

Their main hotel is good but in the terrace 2 which is located at the backside of their main hotel is not upto the mark bedsheet and topsheet which was provided it was dirty. Room charges were high as per their services.

Worst staff in reception . All payment want in advance stated "subah hum nhi hoge). Fake commitments. When you will ask hotel manager or owner contact number he will deny to share .If , he will share then all wrong numbers then he will say owner is in village then if you force more he will say owner is in nepal

It's very very pethetic oyo as well as the hotel . In the reception no one was there till 45 mints I was waited like a Sick. After telling the property guy he was denied to give the room bcz of low price but I HV booked through the oyo online. This is 3rd time happing with me wherever I go the property people is denied to give the rooms due to the payment issue some of hotels are telling we don't HV tyup with oyo if no tyup then why it's showing in website. Finally I did not stayed this hotel . This is really reduculace service of oyo.

Food is very good but hotel rooms are not good. Once i took a room there was a rat in the room. No proper service. As a restraunt it is good but for stay i don't think it is good rooms are ok in condition but need some cleanliness and most of all need to provide good service.
