Poor experience. Staff is highly uncooperative and keeps asking us to talk to the owner for any resolution. I had booked this hotel in Feb and paid an advance of ₹80,000. Due to a marriage postponement, I informed them 15–20 days in advance and requested a refund. Since then, we’ve been following up regularly—visiting the hotel and calling multiple times. No one responds, and even the owner told us to wait “2 days” just to read the message. Still no action. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

We have booked the complete hotel for my wedding,while the time of booking they were very polite once u cleared all ur balance they will act like they don't know u..poor service,served burnt food,water leakage in rooms,a.c not working n many more... THEY SPOILED EVERYTHING NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL...

Very unprofessional service. I booked this hotel and made a partial payment, but now they are not picking up calls or responding to any messages. Completely ignoring all follow-ups. Highly disappointing experience.

I have been traveling for so long and didn't experience such a worst hospitality till date The worst hotel I have ever stayed at . 1- Wifi was not working 2- The TV was not working 3- Drinking water was not available in the Room. 4- The receptionist was not attending the calls, every time you have to go downstairs to raise your issues. 5- The manager was not available in the Hotel to solve your problems and I have called him regarding the problem I had facing and he didn't provide me any solution. 6- They should inform me in advance if the property has such problems regarding wifi and TV, the internet is important when you are traveling for work. 7- Didn't even deliver the breakfast at the time as it was informed by me that I need breakfast at 7:30 in the morning because I have a train to catch. 8- They have changed me Approx 2600 Rs for a night , with no WiFi , no TV , no breakfast , most pathetic hotel in the town it's better to stay in OYO than this.

Recently hosted a wedding party here ... it was wonderful service provided by them and the ambience was too good.... best in budget... nice and kind staff specially the manager Mr Santosh was very kind and supportive for the event..😊😊😊

We had our anniversary function for 110 P , only 100 came . function overall was very nice but at the end of function they served us very bad quality food, and we were told no ice cream is left to eat for us and were served with cold brick naan , when asked Management they just heated same brick naan breads and served again. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Best food quality, Best service, best interior of hall, Best rooms. Our all relatives were so happy with our function. Big thanks to Mr Santosh (current manager of Hotel Mirage) who took every responsibility as a big brother. Thankyou.
