Hotel Grand Plazzo | Best Restaurant in Ludhiana

Very bad experience. I had booked in advance and finalized the menu, but on the day of the program many items were missing. The person named Karan had committed everything earlier, but later he completely denied his own words. On top of that, he spoke in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Very disappointing and unreliable service. Not recommended at all.

This is by far the most horrible hotel experience of my life. The service was unbelievably cheap and unprofessional. Staff had zero manners, the rooms were dirty, and basic amenities were missing. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was filthy, and everything looked poorly maintained. It felt like the management doesn’t care about their guests at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — even for free!

We had a terrible experience at Grand Palazzo From the moment we arrived, things went wrong. Booking Issues, Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hotel staff claimed they couldn’t find my booking, causing unnecessary stress, and unwilling we made check out.
