The place is good but a bit congested and semi deluxe rooms are suffocating

Rooms are not that clean, washrooms have bad odour and kind of broken pot seat. Service is slow, they just have two helper who do everything, from making tea to taking the luggage from the room to car.

Me and my friends enjoyed a lot as we celebrated birthday party. The food, ambience, staff was perfect and the timings were very flexible. We got a good percentage of discount for our group. We hope to visit again soon !

I tend to stay here more often than not, I have business visits in ludhiana several time a month and hotel KOP is my most preferred stay. Simply because the staff is very hospitable and the rooms are very very clean. Just as good as ones home. Food also is scrumptious

Hotel kop is excellent from everysides specially front managers they were dealing very nicely to guest rooms get 5 star Food 5 star
