Hotel O COSMOS HOUSE

Small property. no good service quality, food is good but they never provide towel and toiletries kit. they took extra payments for guest. my booking on oyo 500 but i paid 1000 and they not check in on oyo. staff behavior is very bad. they have not precautions for covid period. talking sense is very bad. I'm not comfortable with this hotel rooms are clean. they have no sense how to behave with guests. I'm not satisfied with their services. my food received me after too long time.

This being a small hotel, the service, cleanliness was uniquely good! In COVID-19 times it followed norms and kept the ac open for the room to cool before we could set our foot in. Being late at night with work, he personally arranged home made food for us as everything was closed due to lockdown. A fine hotel with clean and tidy rooms. Visit and stay if you want to, in Ludhiana.

Worst experience one could ever have. I booked this hotel via oyo and paid the amount online but when I reached the property the hotel manager refused to accept it and said oyo.charge them 30% of total booking amount. I tried calling customer care also but the call left unanswered. I was helpless as It was 8:30 pm already and took the room by paying him again using upi. When I tried calling oyo to claim my refund for online booking they said hotel owner has already accepted my booking. Whole night I slept with mosquitoes in room and no remote for ac. And more pathetic thing is that oyo said they can't do anything. The old man sitting on the reception counter is a real fraud. I request you never ever book a room here.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed.. sheets were filthy dirty. They don’t have kitchen still you can’t order food from outside. Bathrooms door never shut. You don’t get any complimentary water bottle. Don’t have enough words to describe the problems of this hotel.

Don't even think to stay here , worst experience , they are really fraud people , find other property before staying here. Greedy people . Totaly fraud , and location is also very dirty

I booked with ibibo, first they refused to let me in after that refused to give break fast and last but not leastTv was not working.
