OYO Flagship Hotel K7 Inn

A worst service they had provided to us. They are taking extra AC charges on our room rent. They do not accept our offers, which are given to us by oyo team. They are taking extra charges of their services. Staffs have a very worst way of talking. They are not treating professionally. Charges are not worth as they provide their services to us. Guys don't go for it.

Nice Room. Well maintained. Bathroom is small for Families. Ok for Single person stay. there is no lift in Hotel ad Hotel work is still going on. The location is just back side of bus stand Its only 300 m walking distance. Ac,Tv,Gyser All basic facilities Available.

Hotel staff is not cooperative. Also the service is worst. There were a lot of mosquito over the bed due to which i couldn't sleep. When i asked Hotel person to provide Allout or something. He told "these are common anyway you are staying for one night only, just manage." Hotel rooms were oky but the service was Worst.

Stayed during the business tour. Very bad experience From the hotel people. Not everyone especially the guy standing in the reception. Actually we booked the room via oyo rooms. And they told it's a good hotel only. But I couldn't find anything good in this hotel. Morning we ask them if there is any chance for shifting the room , they Said after cleaning they will try. Then after 2 hours they came to us and said if you want to shift you can . But that time we are about to leave for some meetings. So we said no . We will continue in the same room. But after10 minutes they started with some carpenter work and polishing and cleaning. By that time dust was spread everywhere. So again we ask them if there is any chance for shifting. By that time that guy started shouting on us. He is very arrogant, rude , and behaving like a rowdy. He is not fit for this kind of job. Never recommend this place to anyone. Please don't go their by mistakenly also.

All good just the staff has to be more educated about tech, I have requested multiple times for GPS credentials as I was new to the place yet no one was able to send on WhatsApp

Cleanliness, supportive staff and excellent stay in a good budget and accessible location opp bus stand space for parking etc. i would like to visit again as we have an event in February. Its a good budget hotel and i will recommend also in my friends colleagues and relatives.

This is a hotel very near to Bus adda in Ludhiana. It is a budget hotel. Single occupancy and double occupancy rooms are available. Even though it is near the Bus depot this is a calm place. If you are going on a short stay this is a good choice. Its economical too. Staff is helpful.

Location was good but behaviour of staff was very bad , The rooms weren't good either no lift in a 6 floor high building
