Hotel Silverbird

Rooms don't have kettles or supplements for tea/ coffee. They took exactly 45 minutes in morning to serve tea and that too was served cold & in a shabby cup without a plate. REASON : The hotel ran out of milk. Can u imagine that! Haven't seen a hotel with worse maintenance than this one. Paint is peeling off, wallpaper is coming off, cupboards can't be opened because the handles are missing. Paint stains all over the wallpaper and even refrigerator. Tiles are falling off the skirting. It's a curse to stay here. Pathetic rooms and even worse is the service. Poor mobile signal 📶 at this location and wifi as expected wasn't working.

Probably more than you'd expect in this part of India. The hotel was very gracious in opening the restaurant for the group every morning and making us omellettes. Thank you for your hospitality to us Americans .

Don’t be impressed by the beautiful and new passageways leading to the rooms. The moment you open the room door, you will smell urine. Rooms are very badly maintained with bathroom cabinets falling off. On the surface the room looks decent but it is very poor. Ask to see the room before you book. That’s what I did. Good decision.

The rooms in the hotel are decent but the main problem is that there are rats in the hotel and you can often find then in your rooms. The service is also decent and the overall experience will be average.

ALL the staff are fantastic. There may have been a language barrier (me) but every day they went out of their way to accommodate me. Friendly and helpful.

They still need to learn the basics of hospitality.We had a complementary breakfast but it was supposed to be starting at 9:30 and we scheduled to be leaving the hotel at 8: 00 am they did not even offer tea to us.The property is not good for stay as they have cinema hall as well which made loud noise lat night as well.Parking was also not allowed as the show was going on and the parking lot was full.

The hotel premises is inside Silverbird cinema building which houses a bar & restaurant in basement and hotel at first floor .The pricing is bit on higher side but hotel rooms are nice and cosy as compared to several others around Firozpur. This hotel is bit outside from firozpur on firozpur moga road.The hotel has nice parking facility as it's in cinema premises. The food menu is priced quite right looking at the area and hotel.

Nice hotel.nice aura, Complete complex with inbuilt bar ,game zone ,cinema hall. Only negative rooms little suffocated.Central ac needs little improvement. Overall nice experience.Recommended.
