Worst experience. My booking confirmed by Agoda with advance payment but when I reached the Hotel, they denied confirmed booking. I pay them extra for hotel rooms as I am with family. All happened at midnight. However hotel manager (I think) refunded, charged extra money next morning during checkout. In our booking, breakfast was included but they didn't provide breakfast. Hotel surrounded roads was filled with water.

It's alright. I came here because I had to join Infosys training. The breakfast is fine. Not all staff is friendly but they do the job. Would recommend for a few days at most. Room size is barely enough for 2 people.

I am rating five just because of the hotel sftaff. Including Security guard every one is very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and good. You can make a call and book the room directly as well. Value for money, make a note it is a bit far from City, but you will have transport facility all the time.

I had been to the place a week ago for entrance exam so that was the only available option in the center's vicinity. It is located in a purely residential layout which is a 10 minute walk from the ring road. The accommodated room was a disappointment with small room with no intercom and no basic toiletries (except a towel). Everything was crammed with loft over the washroom stuffed with random waste. There's no restaurant in the residency but they provide tea and coffee in the morning. But to counter that the hospitality of the staff was appreciable with notable being Subhashish and Shridhar. That is not you would expect considering the facility and the location. The hospitality deserved 4 stars but a negative 2 for the room. Overall to sum up, go for it if you want a place to stay within the budget and don't mind the cons.

I could have given negative rating if it was allowed. Worst stay. Staffs, manager everyone literally everyone was non co-operative, uncourteous. Room hygiene was pathetic. People are shouting in the lobby after drinking. Stop calling this a hotel.

Nice in terms of hospitality and inside ambience. What I did not really like there is in front your door, you might notice a cattle shed, with cow dung smell. You might not find that very pleasant. Else rest every thing truly good including service.

Basic lodging facilities provided. CCTV system installed.. Busy in summer vacation and dasara times.. tourist travelling in their own vehicles can access easily. Half an hour drive from the city centre. Restaurants found at a distance of 1 km.

Around 12kms from mysore zoo. Rooms were pretty hygiene. Small but neat. No restaurant attached. Complimentary breakfast was pathetic. Tv and hot water were available as told. But no Wi-Fi password was given. Slightly costly considering the service and ambience.
