OYO 28325 Himachal Palace

This place is good for single night stay but the services offered is not upto the mark. Maybe it is because a 2-star hotel however there are hotels with 2-star that provide really good service. Always book a hotel after viewing from inside the room physically not virtually. Rest depends on your choice.

Located in the rural area of Chandigarh and it is just like hostel. No proper management and cleaness. I stayed there for one night and there was no electricity whole night and no one took the responsibility to take care of this.

Booked for 3 days.Was put in a horribly hot room with a malfunctioning AC (due to voltage problem ). No water in bathroom, no towels , no slippers ,soaps, no waste bin etc. Everything was resolved when I complained except the waste bin and AC.After one night they asked me to change my room , and then everything was ok.

They charge for AC rooms but AC didn't work..worst condition of rooms they very dirty electricity cuttoff is very often
