HOTEL J.M. PLAZA

Bad place to stay here even for one day. I have stayed here while on the way to Kasauli Himachal Pradesh. Staff behavior is very bad, you will not get soap, pillow and blanket before 2 hours when you asked for it. In corridors, reception and at every room wall there are printed posters with a written statemen "Hukkah Not Allowed and Outside Food Not Allowed". And food quality of this hotel is pathetic, rice here you can't eat. Chilli chicken was totally burnt, when I asked the hotel staff, he said "Yaha to aisa hi milta hai, apko dikkat hai to Owner se baat karo, Owner jo chawal deta hai hum to wahi banate hai". And the price of this quality of food is very high like it is a 4 star property. I will never suggest to stay even for one day. they will make your stay like hell on earth.

Hotel was very well maintained and environment was so good very neat and clean courtegeous staff, no problum on returning late in night , free wifi , free parking, nice food, good location. Overall excellent hotel in this region. Thanks for making our visit so florence.
