OYO 70057 Pulp Resort Nayagaon

I have visited many resorts and hotels during travelling but now I will like to have facilities, staff and food like pulp resort. Staff's behaviour is very humble and cooperating very kind person. Anywhere else u will see artificial behaviour but they are so natural pure hearted person. Meal is very tasty with beautiful presentation. It's like home made. Here I Met with Chef Manish he is best. Will visit again and recommend this resort to others also. Lastly it is affordable and suits best for me. Thanks pulp resort for ur service.

My experience with the hotel was not very good as the room was neither clean nor well organized. As soon as I entered the room, the smell of dampness from the wall spoiled my mind. And when we requested to change the room at the hotel reception, they told us that either you can cancel the room or you can adjust. Because at that time it was 9:00 pm, that's why they knew that we can't cancel, that's why they told us this bad thing. Then when I went to the washroom, there was neither soap nor any towels, tell me, will there be any hotel which does not have all these facilities? Then at night when it was time to sleep, we came to know that there was some dirty stain on the blanket. Just seeing that, my mind got worse that in Covid-19 Situation, at least they could have provided us clean blankets and pillow covers. My health got a little worse at night. I tried calling the reception for pain killer medicine and found out that the room phone didn't work either. Nor was there any reception number then called yo toll free number and they redirected me to hotel number Then I got medicine. If I can tell in few words, then in this price you will find many hotels where attention will be given to the at least customer service. Overall Hotel : 2/5 Customer Service : 1/5 Customer Behaviour: 3/5 Cleaniness : 1/5

I have no words for explain about the Pulp Resort. Because, Resorts staff is great & Mr. Parth and deepak bh both of person is great & hard worker.service of resort is best and food is teasty, fresh, hygienic. Location is best. I will ever stay at pulp Resort when I will go Chandigarh. I m big fan of this resort.

This place is just next to Awesome. Restaurant has not yet started, but still they served Exotic Veg Sandwich with their "Magical Masala". I would like to appreciate Mr. Abhimanyu for making this place and people stay so nice.

Huge parking, great view with ample of aminities. Staffs are expectional and co-operative. Rooms are squicky clean . Special thanks to Mr. Deepak for looking after all my needs.

Simply it is worth staying in the resort. Excellent service splendid location and even quality of rooms are unmatched. I really enjoyed Pulp.
