I don't have any idea how this hotel has such a good review. I reached the hotel with extreme difficulty as the roads were totally waterlogged just within 20 mins of rain. Only pro was the food was good. And also the rooms weren't clean at all. In the bathroom we encountered earthworms crawling out of the drainage pipe outlet. Water dripping from the AC. Bedsheets weren't clean, Pillows were dirty.

***Stayed here in Jun 2024*** Liked 1. Wonderful hosts ready to help with anything you want 2. Pet friendly rooms available although only the premium n super premium rooms are for it. 3. Good sized rooms, comfortable n cozy 4. Decent location close to the city but also away from the busy part. Lots of street food joints n other shops around 5. Parking available in the basement Disliked 1. The lane to get to the hotel is a bit narrow, probably harder for large vehicles 2. No lift in the basement, can make it harder to collect luggage from the parking to enter the room on 1st or 2nd floor.

Budget friendly hotel. Bathroom had hot water. Cleanliness of room was ok, although bed linens were neat and clean. Overall, experience was average.

My stay at this hotel was so seamless, thanks to the proactive manner of the owner Yuvraj. He really made things happened when i needed help, on multiple occasions. The room was spacious with a great smart TV with Netflix. Definitely recommended!
