Room service is good No proper ventillation, toilet bathrooms not maintained well. No shower. Wi fi is said to be available while booking online, but not there. Some of the staff people are rude. Can opt when you come alone for work, and not spending more time in hotel.

Bad food .... If you ask them the price for a stay.... They will tell you double the cost of that room. I told the guy at the reception that I can book it online at 1200 and he was asking for 2400 RS...and then in the morning I asked him for the complementary breakfast which was included then he said no it was not included and then again I have to show him the screen shot and then what he sent to our room was an uncooked Parantha and bread with a fungus and tea was only with water no milk it's like a black tea ......worst experience ...do not stay here ....no parking ... illiterate staff......a guy at reception has no sense of greeting guest ..... Do not book this hotel ...Oyo please remove this hotel from ur list ....

Baddest experience I could ever have.....It was my worst decision to stay......far from the railway station and airport, somewhere in the village and pic. Are apposite of reality, my room AC turn to a waterfall in the middle of the night, stairs was like a like some flood is coming , it was a haunting night . Don't mistake to select it just by pic.

It wasn't quite as good as I'd expected from Oyo. It is located in a pretty shady area where it isn't very easy to find autos or cabs. The bathroom in the room was kinda not so clean. I was given bread and butter when I asked for the complimentary breakfast. All in all, not that great of an experience.

Right now living right in the viscnity of oyo platinum inn which can definetly boast for its excellent positioning in mohali could be a hot spot for adventure tourist in making.the unbelievable structure that it has is an whole market complex in itself.right now as i could observe the major cliente base that it has is of husband and wife duos that i think could not have got rooms elsewhere in chandigarh tricity but as i know from my past travelling experience soon their children would be staying in the rooms of oyo platinum inn and would be booking cabs for Theog.

Room was not clean properly, No shower n Water supply in tap was not proper,.. at morning thr was no water.. No power backup, at night n early morning there was no electricity in such humid whether. Phone was not working. I would rather give it 0 star

Room conditions is worst and the manager of this hotel asked you to pay extra money for pathetic service and room.even staffs and manager are not following covid guidelines. They are even not wearing mask.not recommend hotel.

Very bad service. Manager received extra rupees for room. Customer care did not recive call. My experience was very bad with oyo.
