Great value for money! The room and bathroom were spot-on with hygiene standards, and check-in was quick and seamless. Loved the location and the friendly atmosphere.

I give a 5-star rating to the hotel for its excellent check-in experience, the room was superb, and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Great job!

Room is quite good according to the price...but don't through online. When you go to check in the room..the reception/owner will tell that hotel is full. I cannot give you the room as you have not booked with me. Then you have to pay extra 300 or 400 then he will give you the room. It is very difficult at that time that your advance booking has no value. I suffered this 2 times..in Jaipur and Chandigarh

Worse experience. I have booked fro OYO rooms but when, I reached they denied to give rooms and asked extra 400 rupees and in OYO I have tried 4-5 times but not solution and finally I have cancelled the rooms and my money is not refunded and blocked. Later I have to pay money again and but still roomes are worse no geyser and RO working. Never pre paid the money first.

So poor service, we reached at night 2am and left same day 10am. They charged more than online prices (offer also not considered, manager said night time they want more money because customer can't go anywhere) , No water, no soap, no towel, no pillow, no quilt in room, everything you need to ask, water is chargeable, no curtains in room, images shown online are false, Oyo will loose their repo because of these kind of room and these people, improve your mentality JM plaza, you are because of us, not we are because of you, AC not working, fan also not working, no paid channel in TV

Bad experience. The hotel asked for extra Rs.150 over the Rs.333 I paid on makemytrip. They were at times rude and had a very unprofessional and inhospitable attitude. The room had a very strong bad smell as well.

Very bad service offered by OYO and Hotel owner, after booking online room he demanded more money from us but I refused and he told y u paid online call Oyo and they too didn't responded...which created confusion at 6am in morning....I totally disliked it ....Y OYO is cheating customers by keeping such ridiculous Hotels online.....So 😔

Charged higher than the app amount. Owner was RUDE. Poor service. The manager didn't know a thing. This is a SCAM. Sleep on the roads if you have to. Else you are going to regret.
