Super nice hotel! Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit Helsinki. Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!

Worst hotel I have ever visited! Rooms are pathetic and smelly! Literally there is NO MAINTENANCE! There is no water in the washrooms. Moreover, the washrooms are way too dirty! Bedsheets, quilts are so dirty! We booked 3 rooms and even even requested them to change the bedsheets but they weren't able to do that as well! Please never visit their this hotel ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE COMING WITH YOUR FAMILY!

Worst experience. AC WAS NOT WORKING in the hotel. The so called manager gave reason of low voltage. No complementary drinking water, no proper power backup, poor service, Flush was not working in the bathroom, misbehaving staff and many more. Photo of extra mattress posted below.

Wrost experience in my life,room ,hotel , washroom nd staff everything is hilarious,never ever come in this hotel. Platform is better than this hotel,make my trip is also selling a this kind of hotel so never trust on make my trip . It's not a make my trip it's a trap for common people.

The hotel staff is not synched up within them, I visited them to book bulk rooms, once they said charges will be 1900 and just after week they were charging 2400, rude behaviour of owner, smelling smoking rooms and poor customer experience, Never go there with your family, only fine for bachelor's and all.
