Best Hotel in Patiala | Patiala Retreat

This is my second trip and stay at this property. Rooms come in various sizes and are reasonably priced. Each room offerrs a very good level of cleanliness. Staff is vry polite and courteous.||||Although this hotel does not offer an in house kitchen, it makes up for it by getting its food from it's sister concern just across this location. Food is tasty but as it comes from a different property, it can take up to 30 minutes for it to be delivered. This is ofcourse a very minor issue as the propoerty itself is very nice and comfortable.||||Would most definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel is good. On our visit once we check in rooms there were insects. On complaint our room was shifted. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The washrooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is good. They lack restaurant and fulfill your food requirements from adjoining Garden resort. A good hotel to stay.

Located near phatak No. 21 near to market and Gurudwara Dukh nivaran Sahib. The check in was smooth. The standard of Cleanliness and Hygiene is good. has sufficient open space though parking space seemed a bit small. The room on first floor was spacious. The bathroom was clean but the tap of shower was leaking. The shower area had rust stains. They provided room heater as it was cold. The service was good. There is a common balcony on first floor. Overall a nice experience would love to stay again.

Wonderful rooms. Location can't be more centralized than this. Value for money. Wish they have own restaurant/ coffee shop/ breakfast inclusion in deal, thought they do arrange food from sister concern next door. Food is also good.

In a place which has limited hotels this property holds a surprise. Neat compact rooms with clean washroom. The best part is the food which is served from the adjoining “garden resort”...sets your taste buds tingling. Despite not having a full fledged restaurant within it’s own premises, it makes it up with the choice to serve food in the room or having it at the garden resort.

We couldn't stay at this hotel due to the mismanagement of Goibibo.com but the staffs were very polite and helpful. We were unable to find another hotel at patiala as all of them were fully booked but the staffs helped us. They were continuously contacting to hotels to arrange our accomodation.. and finally they they managed to book a room for us.

Fraud hotel management , I have booked the hotel room from make my trip on 1 st feb. for 5th feb. And paid cash 3340 online .I have received message ur booking is confirmed and received receipt . On 5 feb. Make my trip send me mail of hotel invoice. When I reached hotel manager says u have no hotel booking , and says ur hotel have not tie up with make my trip . Actually on 5 feb. All rooms of this hotel is occupied so manager say I have no tie up . Hotel management and make my trip doing fraud together

Nice hotel with simple yet beautiful ambience. I liked the hotel. Common washroom was not clean as it should be good hotel. I had a boring, long lasting meeting here with some (seems like fraud) travel agents but only pleasant part was Hotel arrangements.
