Hotel Red Chilly Bite

Terrible experience at Hotel Red Chilly Bite. Poor service, unhygienic conditions, and unprofessional staff. Food quality was awful and definitely not worth the money. Would never recommend this place. I had a horrible experience with Hotel Red Chilly Bite. These people are completely unprofessional and dishonest. We submitted ₹10,000 to them, and they assured us that we could host a party anytime. But when I went back after two months to arrange a birthday party, they flat-out denied us and refused to honor their word. Not only did they go back on their promise, but they also refused to return our money—whether it was ₹10,000 or ₹20,000. This shows how greedy, careless, and untrustworthy they are. They mislead customers, waste their time, and treat people with zero respect. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place—it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel or banquet service.

Extremely bad experience at Red Chilli Hotel, Patiala. The front desk employees behave rudely, the atmosphere is rubbish, food is awful, and service is pathetic. Don’t ever waste your time and money here! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Best place to stay in patiala, 5* service and very good location. Food is excellent and served with passion. Good clean rooms , staff are very helpful and make you feel more than welcome. No fault ,would definitely recommend

I just got an opportunity to visit this place last week. My cousin brother’s ring ceremony was held here. Undoubtedly, the place was good, foods and sitting arrangements were also nice, but locating this place was so difficult. The staff members were also good in dealing… overall it was good 👍
