Very rude for their parking. Property is also not that good. Unprofessional staff. Overall not a good experience. Property is also not that clean and outside area is pathetic.

This place should not even be listed in map as hotel.. this is more like a daramshala acting up.... I checked in at 2 a.m. in the morning in which we were not even provided a single water bottle nor slippers.. it was a long day coming to this made it even worse.. even if this is the last place please don't stay here!

NEVER BOOK YOUR STAY HERE. Pathetic rooms, Pathetic host and staff, Pathetic environment, no safety: 1. Extremely dirty room 2. Staff is fishy as they allow illegal activities 3. Families should never book their stay here because “Call girls” run their business here 4. Room was not cleaned in entire 5 days of our stay. My wife use to clean to maintain hygiene. 5. We had no option to change as we were occupied with medical checkups 6. One night random guys rang the door bell twice which was not acceptable. On complaining and informing the reception staff- no action was taken. They said it happened by mistake. On asking for cctv footage, the camera recording was missing as it was switched off for the same time duration when bell was ranged. 7. The hotel is totally unsafe for families as they entertain unethical activities 8. Cockroaches found too in the room 9. Staff very much supports wrong activities by switching off cameras. 10. Washroom exhaust fan was not working plus opening of the same was not safe. Smoke from next room was coming in the room. 11. No TV and almirahs. 12.Govt & law must take strict action against such hotel that supports illegal activities openly. 13. No power backup and had to call multiple times to switch on DG set which they used to avoid doing.

I Booked my room for 2 days from Agoda with Advance payment but they said I didn't receive any bookings by you and they charged me 1500 more for single day. Very Rude Staff and receptionist also don't go there ❌❌❌❌❌❌

Satisfactory experience but could have been much better. The geyser was not working in my room so I was given a choice to change my room on the second day of my stay or use the washroom with a functioning geyser in that room. Pricing was reasonable though. Food is also good I believe. I ordered Paneer Paratha for breakfast and it was quite good with sufficient proportions.
