Park Plaza Chandigarh Zirakpur

We were at Park Plaza for 2 days attending a wedding, and the interior and services were very good. Mr Manpreet served us breakfast one morning and he was a very polite fellow, my thanks to him. Our room 406 had a bit of a plumbing problem as the toilet wouldn't stop smelling for quite a while, but other than that the experience was nice.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Specially thanks to Bhupen. My room was clean and comfortable, The housekeeping staff did a good job. Restaurant: The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the service was attentive and courteous. The food quality was consistent. Some dishes were excellent,The breakfast options were extremely good and we had enjoyed a lot. I appreciate your efforts in making my stay enjoyable, and I hope this feedback will help you improve your services. I look forward to visiting your hotel again and experiencing positive changes in the future.

Service, accommodation, everything was delightful. The restaurant employees are always very kind and attentive, and the food is delicious. They also care for you if you have specific requirements like sugar free food for diabetics and etc. Our waiter Rahul Chopi was very helpful and explained us a lot of info for each food we had. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Plaza Chandigarh, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. We had a memorable stay and great meeting room . The best part of the hotel is the incredibly hospitable staff and reception. A special mention to Mr manoj &rajesh in the loyalty department. The property is serene with an incredible view of the delhi highway and an adjoining cosmo . We look forward to returning.

Wow amazing place I have a very ² good experience in this hotel , the view food and drinks and while saying this I can't missed out the environment . The people they are so polite make me feel so better and cheerful . service was fabulous thanks to the team specially Mr Jatin and Sarabjeet . I had an amazing stay at Park Plaza during my weekend trip. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel like a valued guest.People at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and gave me great tips for nearby attractions. The room was fantastic—clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a large, cozy bed and all the amenities I needed. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and I felt truly at home. The hotel had a great atmosphere, with a modern yet cozy vibe. I’ll definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Rahul Kumar was a very good staff and all the staff were very good.
