FabHotel Royal Plaza - Hotel in Ambala Chandigarh Expy, Zirakpur

This is one of the worst hotel I have gone to. The bedsheets are full of stains, set top box not working, no shower in the bathroom. Even they didn’t provide the toiletries. Owner was just giving the excuses, there was no remote to control the ac. Pesticides smell in room, can't even sit in a room for 2 minutes. They gave me the room for ₹1100. It is a total waste of money. You can find more other better options on the same road instead of going here. Not at all recommended and I am highly disappointed from this place.

The most pathetic stay i ever had in my life. I thought fab hotels had some good hotels, but this was the worst. Unhealthy rooms, no cleanliness, broken taps, previous travellers may had ordered food and their bills and plates were lying there. I don't have words how bad experience it was. If we would not have been in a hurry, i would have not taken that stay. I have booked many economical stays in this price range. We atleast expect clean towls, clean and hygenic room. Just pathetic.

This is one of the worst hotel I have gone to. The bedsheets are full of stains, no light/power backup, set top box not working, no shower in the bathroom, cockroaches in the washroom. Even they didn’t provide me the towels or soaps. Owner was just giving the excuses, there was no remote to conrol the ac. Fused bulbs were there inside the room and they gave me the room for ₹1200. The room was not even worth for ₹600. It is a total waste of money. You can find more other better options on the same road instead of going here. Not at all recommended and I am highly disappointed from this place and goibibo should remove this place from their listing.

The staff were very approachable, polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean throughout and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Food was tasty. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

It was very very clean! Clean rooms clean bathroom, clean bed sheets, clean pillows everything Spic and span. The breakfast was yummy. Caretakers and helpers were excellent in behaviour. True value for money. Will stay on my return too.

Stayed at fab hotel Royal plaza, Zirakpur. The experience there has been my worst stay experience. I must have killed at least 25 cockroach, the electric connection for fan and a/c did not work properly, water tap did not work, once the water started it did not close, the cold water for bathing did not come , Only free TV channels provided, I had to take cold water from the basin and fill the bucket. The morning breakfast was one Paratha per head without any curd or pickel and that also prepared by a radiwala nearby. The moment the parathas were kept on the table it was attacked by cockroches. I am convinced that I will never ever stay in any fab hotel. God help your guests who are treated this way. I just read the recent reviews by different travelers and realized that all of them have gone thru the same pathetic experience. I was forced to give one star rating else i could not post this review. If i would have an option I would have given negative 5 for this hotel.

Very unhygienic. Washroom are not cleaned, flush not working. Even they don't provide me any toiletries. Wifi is not working Tv is not working Bedsheets have stains, i don't think they are washed even.. Food is costly And moreover it's not a fab hotel's branch anymore.. Room is spacious no doubt. They are not worth for this price point.. total waste of money.

We were traveling from Dharamshala to Rishikesh and choose this place as a stopover. Everything was great. Reception staff was cordial and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was yummy, we were served Parathas and Sandwiches. Hot water availability throughout the day, clean Lenins, comfy bed. Perfect place to stay. They were so kind, they brought us hit water in the morning for our coffee. Loved the experience, will definitely comeback again.
