FabHotel Melano - Hotel in Ambala Chandigarh Expy, Zirakpur

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. All the positive feedback here are either misleading / because of Akshay (Manager during night shifts), otherwise this hotel owner is a total fraud.Please beware. The owner does not value the guests. There was no water in the washroom the entire day we checked in (i.e. 21st February'2025). The room was not clean. Both washroom and room was stinking. The owner didn't bother to pick my call. The lady at the counter had zero knowledge about the services. I had to take all my luggage to the room by myself (I was with my 2 year old baby). Neither drinking water was provided even after continuous reminders not the room was cleaned on time. Breakfast took forever to come. My mother had to visit the hotel's kitchen & brought the food herself. Owner has no respect & zero sense of responsibility for its guests. Never been to such pathetic hotel in my life. MMT customer support did NOT help in any way. One of the support simply disconnected the call on my face saying we cannot do anything. Never booking on MMT app ever.

Pathetic hotel and room. Dont expect anything as a service. Water is also chargeable. Service is NOTHING. Positive ratings are misleading and forcefully asked by owner during check out The only good part is that it is at main highway

I wasn't expecting much from a budget hotel, but this place truly exceeded all my expectations! From check-in to check-out, every experience was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

It was the worst hotel I ever went. The room and toilet was not cleaned. We found urine in the closet and hair in the vent. We travelled almost 7 hours so we need to pee atleast so we asked the hotel staff to clean the toilet so that we can use it. But he told there is not staff to clean the toilet and if we need to clean we have to wait atleast 1 hour so he can arrange somebody to clean it. So we just checked out from there with in 10 mins and we didn't got any refund. We tried multiple times to contact fab hotel but everytime it was telling all the associates are busy with other calls so we couldn't report this issue. Please don't book this hotel 🙏🏼

Would have gave 0 rating if google allowed me to. Worst nightmare ever. There was literally someone’s urine in the toilet when we checked in the room. Toilet tiles and the rooms were not clean all. When I asked the receptionist, he said there is no house keeping staff here and can only clean after one hour. And each time to reach reception, the phone was also not working and had to get out the room each time. Worst experience ever.

Terrible experience. Washrooms were very dirty. Locks of room and washrooms was not Woking. TV not working. Wifi not working. Toiletries not provided. Staff was super rude. Bed were not properly made.

Very poor experience. Toilet was dirty and unhygienic , hairs were floating all around the washroom. Too much noise at night can't even sleep 😴 properly. Staff were not listening anything can't even provide a water bottle. Overall experience was very pathetic. I would have given 0 star rating if that would have possible.
