Hotel Lime Tree

I hosted my kitty party here today and it was amazing! The food was 10/10, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They made our experience truly special. Highly recommended!

To start with all the good reviews you see for this property is done by the management itself. When you checkout they request for your mobile and give themselves 5 Star rating. We stayed for a marriage function for 3 nights and the service they provide is horrible, so not go for buffet Dinner or Lunch or Tea.. they will not give you anything in buffet and provides you with exceptionally slow service. We booked the whole hotel and found few rooms have the stinking problem that you can't bear at all.

They need to work and improve in their service part. As in our party we were serving ourselves to our guests while they were having dinner. There was no service person or waiter available. Only when we asked then did they provide us with 2,3 food service guys and those were completely unprofessional. Upper management people are good, well mannered and professional to talk to. But they should train their service persons or executive level employees also. The rooms are pretty good, neat and clean. Food was tasty and good. The only lacking part is Service and they need much improvement in it.

Hotel ambience is very nice. more over the staff and the owner is very nice. He mande me felt like a family.

Very bad experience with this hotel I booked my hotel room and on the reception they said our site is hacked by someone and the price you paid on online site is wrong 😭. So please rebook here and pay extra 2000 rupees
