Staff and Service From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. Every team member I encountered was attentive and eager to assist, showcasing an impressive level of service that truly enhances the guest Condition of the Hotel The overall condition of the hotel was excellent. Common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were well-maintained and exuded a sense of luxury. It was clear that the management prioritizes cleanliness and upkeep. Ambiance and Amenities The ambiance throughout the hotel is inviting, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and sophistication. Additional amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, were well-equipped and added to the overall enjoyable experience. In conclusion, my stay at the Ramada Plaza in Chandigarh was memorable, thanks in large part to the outstanding staff, comfortable accommodations, and exquisite dining options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Good experience after all. Rooms are good, breakfast average. Staff is courteous and helping. Restaurant people are very accommodating and understanding. Whatever we asked for, even at odd hours they provided. The housekeeping guy Ramashesh was extra nice

A special thanks to our attending hostess Priyanka at the restaurant. The place is quite welcoming and overall staff is respectful. The cleaning boy too has been very generous to put some extra effect to the room cleaning by adding his towel art.

Ramada is one of the top hotels I have ever visited. The food is quite enjoyable. The atmosphere is lovely. The restaurant VOYAGE offers an excellent dining experience. The meals are tasty and delightful. Amrit Kaur at the front desk truly understands how to handle guests. Whenever you arrive in this city, make sure to stay here.

It's an old hotel so is facing all the related issues. Poor water pressure and very slow drainage. The lifts are perpetually dirty, besides being super slow. The staff is maybe the best things about the place, they really put in a lot of effort to compensate for the old hotel. Food is very tasty and good quality. The roof top pool side and the main banquet hall and very good. Stragley they don't have a bar.

We arrived early after our international flight. We were a family of five and had 3 rooms booked. We requested for one room early so that we can freshen up after our long flight and then would have probably gone out till checkin. But the staff were not helpful at all. There were no facilities offered to freshen up we were just asked to wait in the lobby till rooms available. Didn’t find them welcoming or accommodating at all. A vast contrast from when we stayed at the property in the past a few years ago.

I recently attended a business conference at Ramada Plaza Chandigarh and had a pleasant stay. The service was commendable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional support from Ms. Amrit Kaur at the Voyage restaurant. Her attentiveness to our group's needs was greatly appreciated.

Extremely pleasing stay, service and amazing food taste experience. The staff was really friendly and serving, definitely enjoyed it all! Pool at the roof with Airport view. One of the best Hotels in the town, completely worth it and ambiance was good. The food quality was also good specially morning breakfast. Also offering exciting deal as well.
