it was a very gud stay and staffs very extremely sweet. the food was also good , their fries was our personal fav would definitely recommend others. they even have their own brand (mithoos) i had used their face serum and face cream. the products worked really well :) over all an excellent place

I stayed in this hotel in October this year, and I am writing this review after comparing this hotel with another nearby hotel I stayed in recently. This hotel has a very efficient front office manager, the lady is very polite extremely careful of the needs of the guests.we were two girls, and she immediately instructed the staff to guide us to the rooms and made us comfortable. The entire staff was very polite and happy to help. This lovely behavior was totally missing in another nearby hotel,where I had to stay because this hotel was not available. I will definitely recommend people to stay here, as the hospitality you get here is amazing.

Visited for a private party. Food was good and so was the service. The location is a bit off track as you have to go past a railway crossing however there's another way too but not sure how convenient would that be for someone come from south of Chandigarh. Parking is a bit tight and almost on the road with no hotel assistance. Staff seemed courteous from the first visit. Overall a fine place with an average location

I really like the service of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and co-operative. Rooms looks clean and the food service is also very nice. Overall it was a nice experience.

Rooms are just ok, but the service staff is kind of rude.. This is a basic, boutique property and most of the people who stay here are the ones attending weddings at their banquet. Negotiate hard and you will easily get rooms at around 50% of their asking price. Tip- their rooms come with a sofa-cum-bed and 3 people can easily accommodate. Don't mention about the 3rd guest at the time of check-in to avoid extra charges ;)

Good & clean hotel food menu was good, stayed there for one night. Staff is good and polite. Room was nice. I experience noise of other guests & children playing at night as there was party going in the hotel, fourth & fifth floor was affected from noise of party.

The hotel and the rooms were good. Service was also decent. But anything related to food was poor. Dinner was not good and the rice was not cooked at all. Also breakfast was below average. Overall except for the food I had a decent experience.

We stayed at Hotel Swan for 1 night. Excellent hospitality and ambience. Amazing food. Most importantly the hotel staff are very honest since we left our cell phones back in the hotel but we got it back intact after speaking and coordinating with the hotel staff . Wonderful property.
