Hotel citywalk

It was very terrible experience. No mirror in the room. Full with mosquitoes, dust all around the bed, Bed sheets full with Hairs, Torn Bed sheets, when I asked the decent one they treated in bad way and asked me to give 2000 INR to buy new bed sheets. I usually don't write negative comments but this time was horrible experience. They don't know the value of customer being in hospitality.

I stayed in this hotel on 9th June. I had booking through Agoda at last moment from 9th June to 13th June but seeing the room condition I left the room on 10th June itself. I was shocked to see the room condition , very small size one room (8 ft * 8ft) with uncleanliness and mosquitoes ; dirty pillow, littering on floor etc. please see the room pictures attached . I inform Agoda and hotel owner both. In night, hotel owner told me that they will do something or refund next day but they cheated too on their committement too. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel again.

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, the staff was Annoying and didn't listen to us, they kept on insisting to pay them extra from the price we had on ibibo. Rooms weren't clean, no towels or soaps were provided.

Property was clean, Rooms were nice. Good was reasonably priced and decent taste. Staff was well behaved.

Beware fraud hotelier who gets rooms booked through oyo and then denies check in and asks to be paid in cash.And as far as cheap or descent thing am better qualified and a man of words not a guy like you who keeps awake day night to defraud customers.

Not recommendable at all ...no towel no soap were in washroom , dirty bedsheet having pungent smell l.
