The location is reachable. Room service is terrible. I have booked with breakfast but they doesn’t gave timely instead of repeated calls and reminders. The room is congested…no fresh air in the room. TV is not working since entry to room. Cleanness is good.

Rooms were dirty. Floor was sticky. Tap handle was broken. Hotel is very far from Chandigarh center. Initially I booked some other Fab Hotel in chandigarh city (sector 42) but their receptionist was fraud person. He rented my booked room to some other people and told me to go away and that he can't give money back. He said "I don't care about make my trip or fab hotel company. I don't refund money. Ask for the money to the company". Then I contacted company. They shifted my location to this fab hotel at Zirakpur, Kalka-shimla road . Rooms were dirty. Linen were dirty. There was garbage even on bed. I will Never book a Fab Hotel again.

Not at all recommend. Total waste of money. No parking. Bed sheet, blanket, floor was not clean, glass and plates were also not. I ordered tea which was not good, no sugar bitter in taste. If you ask for anything they take too much time . They also cost for water bottle which should be in the room. Firstly they said that I don't have booking and this is not that hotel .

This hotel very poor . Room dirty no cleaning of toilets and beds sheet . Staff looks like fraudy people. Never book online for this hotel . Sitting chairs not stable
