Collection O Hotel Shyam

My recent experience with this hotel booked through Oyo was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, despite having prepaid through Oyo, I was shockingly denied check-in and asked to pay an extra amount. The ordeal didn't end there. The process of trying to reclaim my prepaid money through Oyo was a tedious and frustrating journey, marked by excessive difficulty and lack of assistance from their customer service. To add insult to injury, the hotel staff exhibited unprofessional and downright rude behavior throughout my interaction with them. Their attitude only exacerbated the already unpleasant situation. On top of everything, the lack of nearby restaurant options further detracted from the appeal of this establishment. In summary, I strongly advise against staying at this Oyo hotel. The combination of denied check-in, extra charges, unhelpful staff, and lack of nearby amenities makes for an experience best avoided.

Doesn't accept oyo bookings and will fool you and ask you to pay cash. Absolutely ill-mannered staff. Oyo should be serious while offering their name to such hotels. It will ruin your image Oyo.

I m staying this hotel 3rd September 2022 And hotel is good bt service is very low. Staff was not wishing. And now I m called this hotel and i asked to hotel manger sir cn u pls give me the bill of hotel room when I m staying this hotel. And he said no He said mam we r not give the bill any castmor. I don't know why they r not give the bill. They r entered every information my id. What jb mene apna bill manga to inhone mna kr diya. It's very shamfull

It was a wonderful experience to stay here in welcome hotel. Very pocket friendly, very much hygienic and professional staff.

Worst Hotel.. Staff is indifferent 😐 specially hotel manager ( Rajesh ) . Neither does he welcome the guests well nor does he respect them. They quarrel with their guest. If possible, do not go to that hotel.😏😏

Not good breakfast only served parantha. No welcome no Aminity in room even not water bottle in room while you check in . Staff was not good
