I had a mixed experience during my stay at SC Residency. Initially, I booked a deluxe room, which was quite average—nothing particularly special. After a couple of nights, I decided to upgrade to a premium room, and that was a notable improvement. The premium room was spacious and well-appointed, making my stay much more comfortable. However, my experience took a turn when I had to return to a deluxe room a few days later due to the premium rooms being fully booked. Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue with a strong chemical smell in the room. Despite the staff's efforts to remedy the situation with room freshener, the odor persisted. I was informed that pest control had been performed recently, and it was clear that the room should not have been made available to guests in that condition. Additionally, I didn't have much of an opportunity to enjoy the food, but the burger I ordered was dry and below average, further adding to my disappointment. Overall, while the premium room was a pleasant experience, the issues I faced in the deluxe room and the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. I hope they address these concerns for future guests.

Hotel SC Residency, Zirakpur was a nice, cozy place that offered a very comfortable stay to me and my family members at a very reasonable rate. The employees were well behaved and co-operative and the location was excellent . However, the washrooms were dimly lit and a little more light would be better and further, fixing wall clocks in the rooms would definitely add to the ambience . This hotel can undoubtedly be graded as Very Good.

Will never recommend anyone to visit here. Smelly rooms and poor service with negligible manger response. After complaining also no action was taken at my time of stay. Come at your own risk

Basic facilities like a slipper in a bathroom is also not available, and when i try to order it, it was chargable, there wasnt a Soap, neither there was a toothpaste, these are some basic things that should be added in this price range but they were all chargable which is horrible. Location wise it is very far from ISBT and from the downtown Chandigarh, They dont allow outside food, I can go on and on with my bad experience. The staff in reception are not welcoming, SC residency doesnt stand out, it is just a basic hotel... It can be better tho

Staff is extremely rude. They confirm one price on booking via phone and the ask for extra money which is still fine as there might be misunderstanding but they have audacity to argue in rude tone stating it’s your mistake that you didn’t check before check in.. we asked the person on duty if all pay is clear (for two nights) while booking at night where he said yes all due are clear but next morning they claim you need to pay extra because it was not total charge and it was just per day charge. The manager was extremely rude. He did not admit the mistake that form do not specify it is per day charge, he did not accept that he said different amount while booking on phone. Please do not book the hotel. Not safe for women. Manager has no manners at all.

Hall was good , beautiful decoration . Vallet parking was available and a Restaurant with good service. Overall good and budget friendly for functions.
